Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility: All products are non-refundable; if there is a manufacturer defect you may eligible for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost with same item(s). To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition (unused condition: Stain-free, odor-free, not exposed to pets and original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange/replacement.

2. Exchange Process: If you eligible to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within [5] days of receiving your order.
